Mike Biglan

Bio

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Mike leads many of the design and development teams at Concentric Sky on projects that span behavioral research systems, educational learning platforms, interactive social networking websites, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, and structured Content Management Systems (CMS). After producing more than one hundred websites, web applications, and mobile applications Mike has built and refined reusable processes and standards that help reduce time, cost, and potential issues.

Mike has an M.S. in Computer Science & Engineering from UC San Diego and a B.A. from the University of Chicago with honors in Economics. At UC San Diego, Mike concentrated in both Security/Cryptography and in Networking with courses such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), software design, and MPI-based parallel systems programming.
